<div class="rowDynamicLinks" id="GlobalContentHeaderTitle1"><div class="col my-4"><p class="m-0"><strong>The Vacancy</strong></p></div> </div><div class="container PLACEHOLDER"><div class="row PLACEHOLDER"><div class="col-sm-12 p-0"><p><strong><u>Regional Compliance Support Team – Northern England</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking to recruit an experienced Health &amp; Safety and Loss Prevention expert&nbsp;to support our stores in the North of England.&nbsp; The ideal candidate should hold the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health &amp; Safety or be working towards the qualification or similar and have a strong retail background with experience in minimising loss with a focus on all store processes and procedures.</p><p>What does the role involve:</p><ul><li>supporting new stores openings and carrying out training with our store teams</li><li>investigating incidents,&nbsp;recommending actions and ensuring plans to improve are executed</li><li>Supporting our store in&nbsp;our programme of stock takes, advising our colleagues on how to minimise loss.</li><li>Liaising with our maintenance department on property repairs and pest control issue</li><li>Liaising with Environmental Health, Trading Standards, and Fire Officers, and carrying out store assessments.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>What are we looking for?</p><ul><li>Strong people and influencing skills as well as being an excellent communicator both face to face and in preparing quality reports.</li><li>Experience in Health &amp; Safety and/or Loss Prevention in retail essential&nbsp;</li><li>Someone is who comfortable working as part of a team as well as working independently and comfortable traveling to stores on a daily basis within their Region</li><li>Candidates must be highly self-motivated, be resilient and determined to succeed.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Who do I report to?</p><p>Reporting to the Head of Health &amp; Safety and working in a team, this is an exciting role for an individual who is looking to make a difference and has a strong service work ethic.</p><p>Pay and benefits:</p><p>A full clean driving licence is required and must be able to travel to our stores in Scotland and occasionally Northern Ireland. Ideally the successful candidate will be located in the North East/West and able to travel to stores in the North of the UK.&nbsp; The role offers a salary of up to £30,000, a company car, laptop and phone.</p><p>Interested?
