Reporting to the Snr Product Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving data insights and enabling evidence-based decision making across our organization.</p><ul><li>Utilize advanced SQL, Metabase, and Redshift to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to uncover actionable insights and drive business growth.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and squads, to understand their reporting and analytical needs and provide them with the necessary support.</li><li>Own the single source of truth for the business, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.</li><li>Conduct hypothesis-led learning in analytical data assets, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.</li><li>Utilize AB test evaluations to drive feature improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product analytics, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.</li><li>Provide&nbsp;analytics to optimise general operations within the business for supply chain, commercial &amp; store tech</li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">Key requirements:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><ul><li>Proven&nbsp;experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related field.</li><li>Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase/Tableau etc</li><li>Familiarity with Redshift or other similar data warehousing technologies.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Experience of A/B testing, experience in running retailed-based tool analytics&nbsp;</li><li>Experience of BigQuery is desirable</li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">What we offer:</div><div class="earcu_posdescriptionnote"><ul><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;
