As part of this, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their priorities and shape commercial solutions that meet operational needs.</p><p>Building on those relationships, you'll also manage supplier negotiations - driving cost savings and unlocking&nbsp;efficiency improvements that support the wider business strategy.</p><p><span style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Support the Supply Chain and Retail Procurement teams on major procurement projects.</li><li>Work with data to compare spend reports, supplier details, and budgets—helping to track savings from tenders and negotiations.</li><li>Focus on sourcing strategies, understanding budget needs, and ensuring compliance and risk are well managed.</li><li>Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities across procurement activities.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally&nbsp;with finance, operations, and legal teams to align procurement activity with wider business goals.</li><li>Contribute to contract management, including renewals, extensions, and ensuring terms are up to date and beneficial.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance&nbsp;to ensure service levels, quality, and compliance are maintained.</li></ul><p><span style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"><strong>Location:&nbsp;<span style="background-color: rgb(241, 196, 15);"><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to other locations of H&amp;B.
