You’ll guide customers through their piercing journey with confidence and care, while also supporting on the shop floor with product knowledge and exceptional service, bringing the Missoma experience to life at every touchpoint.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Piercing</strong>:</p><p>· Welcome customers into our piercing studio through maintaining an upbeat, warm, helpful and authentical Missoma environment.</p><p>· Ensure customers feel relaxed and comfortable and fully understand the Missoma world of piercing</p><p>· Confidently style and advise our customers on their piercing and jewelry needs, using our exclusively designed products, to help them achieve their desired look</p><p>· Provide piercings to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, making customers feel confident in your skill and experience</p><p>· Ensure compliance with all necessary guidelines and best practices, prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of our customers</p><p>· Support the aftercare process, confidently resolving any problems customers may experience</p><p>· Consult and guide our Retail team on legal, technical and safety measures in the UK</p><p>· Keeping up to date on the latest piercing techniques/equipment and legislations and ensuring these are implemented in store and communicated to the relevant teams.</p><p>· Understand the core values and culture of Missoma and reflect these in everything you do.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Shopfloor &amp; Customer Service:</strong></p><p>· Support your sales team by becoming an expert on all Missoma products, with an active working knowledge on product basics, styles, materials, collections and after care.</p><p>· Be a Missoma ambassador; offer style advice, educate them on the brand and our ethos, share your own personal experiences and honest feedback, while helping each customer choose the right product(s) for them.</p><p>· Provide an exceptional customer experience from the moment customers enter the store through to point of purchase.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Competencies &amp; Experience</strong></p><p>· A minimum of 1.5 years piercing in a studio environment.</p><p>· Extensive experience in piercing, demonstrated through an up to date portfolio</p><p>· Demonstrable knowledge of piercing standards and regulations in the UK</p><p>· A clean, professional and service oriented approach</p><p>· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, employees and management.</p><p>· Can consistently elevate the customer experience by being; proactive, approachable, positive and engaging.</p><p>· Ability to identify each customer’s unique needs and tailor your customer service approach</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Competitive compensation&nbsp;<br>Potential to earn more through our retail commission scheme&nbsp;<br>Generous staff discount&nbsp;<br>Flexible jewellery uniform allowance<br>Medicash Healthcare Cash Plan<br>Enhanced parental leave after 2 years service &nbsp;</p></div>
