Your&nbsp;</span><span dir="ltr">strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and team leadership will be essential to our continued success.&nbsp;</span><span dir="ltr">You’ll be responsible for delivering high</span><span dir="ltr">-</span><span dir="ltr">quality HR services,</span><span dir="ltr"> </span><span dir="ltr">including on</span><span dir="ltr">-</span><span dir="ltr">boarding,</span><span dir="ltr"> </span><span dir="ltr">driving key projects, and working&nbsp;</span><span dir="ltr">collaboratively across departments to strengthen our people operations. HR</span><span dir="ltr"> </span><span dir="ltr">administration, and compliance.</span></li><li><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr">Own and deliver a first</span><span dir="ltr">-</span><span dir="ltr">class onboarding experience</span><span dir="ltr">,</span><span dir="ltr"> </span><span dir="ltr">ensuring a seamless, high</span><span dir="ltr">-</span><span dir="ltr">quality experience dir="ltr"> </span><span dir="ltr">to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the People Services&nbsp;</span><span dir="ltr">team.</span></li><li><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr">Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements</span><span dir="ltr"> </span><span dir="ltr">related to HR services.</span></li><li><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr">Oversee the management of HR data</span><span dir="ltr">, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</span></li><li><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr">Prepare and present HR reports</span><span dir="ltr">, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership.</span></li><li><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr">Work closely with the</span><span dir="ltr"> </span><span dir="ltr">People Services</span><span dir="ltr"> </span><span dir="ltr">Manager</span><span dir="ltr"> </span><span dir="ltr">to support ongoing projects within the People team.</span></li><li><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr">Communicate effectively with employees</span><span dir="ltr"> </span><span dir="ltr">regarding HR queries and processes.</span></li><li><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr">Support the d</span><span dir="ltr">evelop</span><span dir="ltr">ment</span><span dir="ltr"> </span><span dir="ltr">and implement</span><span dir="ltr">ation of</span><span dir="ltr"> </span><span
