This highly visible role covers office management, facilities, travel, fleet, events, and cultural initiatives. You'll ensure a welcoming, organised, high-performing environment and support employee engagement and wellbeing.</span></p><p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul class="ul1"><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Oversee desk areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, reception, and post room</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Manage building access, security passes, and office moves</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Handle purchase orders, office comms, and onboarding support</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Organise social events and coordinate internal committees (Wellbeing, DE&amp;I)</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Support volunteering, charity days, and in-office celebrations</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Manage travel provider relationship and employee travel compliance</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Oversee company car fleet, cleaning, maintenance, security, and waste disposal</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Manage contractors and respond to facility issues</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Line-manage a part-time Receptionist, set objectives, and provide feedback</span></li></ul><p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul class="ul1"><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Strong communication and project management skills</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Comfortable managing multiple priorities</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Experience with travel/fleet management (desirable)</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Calm under pressure with a people-first mindset</span></li></ul><p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Benefits:</strong></span></p><ul class="ul1"><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Discretionary Bonus</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Private Medical &amp; Dental</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Pension Scheme</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">25 Days Holiday + BH</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">Life Insurance</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">On-site Gym &amp; Employee Discounts</span></li><li class="li2"><span class="s3">24/7 Wellbeing Support</span></li></ul><p class="p1"><span class="s1">Standard hours are 9am-5pm with some flexibility (e.g. 8am-4pm).
