This is a career-building role with the opportunity to progress to Financial Controller level and be part of a wider leadership team.</p><p style="font-weight: 400;">You'll work closely with senior management, providing detailed financial insight, modelling, and control across a group of high-performing, entrepreneurial brands.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><ul><li>Financial &amp; Management Reporting</li><li>Prepare and analyse monthly and quarterly management accounts</li><li>Support year-end processes and liaise with external auditors</li><li>Ensure reporting complies with relevant GAAP or IFRS standards</li><li>Cash Flow Forecasting &amp; Planning</li><li>Develop accurate short- and long-term cash flow forecasts</li><li>Produce timely financial reports to support business decision-making</li><li>Monitor liquidity and identify cash management opportunities</li><li>Financial Modelling &amp; Data Analysis</li><li>Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and strategy</li><li>Analyse data for trends, anomalies, and performance improvements</li><li>Present insights using tools such as Excel or Power BI</li><li>Internal Controls &amp; Process Improvement</li><li>Enhance financial controls and ensure audit readiness</li><li>Identify and drive process efficiencies across finance functions</li><li>Contribute to the development of scalable financial operations</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>About You:</strong></p><ul><li>Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)</li><li>3-5 years of relevant experience in management accounting and financial planning</li><li>Strong Excel modelling and data visualisation skills</li><li>Experience with accounting software (NetSuite desirable)</li><li>Detail-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Confident working with both finance and non-finance stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>What's on Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Starting salary of £45,000 - £55,000</li><li>Up to 10% salary uplift after 6 months (based on performance)</li><li>Annual bonus scheme linked to business success</li><li>33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)</li><li>Career progression to Financial Controller role</li><li>Fully funded training and professional development</li><li>Team socials and a collaborative, supportive working culture </li></ul><p>Zachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
