Think of it as a mix of strategy, relationship-building, commercial know-how, and a whole lot of growth.</span></p><h3 class=""><span class="" style="font-size: 8pt;">What you'll be doing:</span></h3><h3 class=""><span class="" style="font-size: 8pt;">Global Wholesale &amp; Distributor Growth</span></h3><ul class=""><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Manage and grow global accounts-hitting KPIs, boosting sales, and expanding brand visibility.</span></p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Identify and present new market opportunities aligned with business goals.</span></p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Influence commercial planning across product launches, pricing, and tiering.</span></p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Understand and navigate international legal, cultural, and compliance differences.</span></p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Negotiate contracts confidently, ensuring smart, risk-managed deals.</span></p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Be a team player with great communication skills and a solutions-first mindset.</span></p></li></ul><h3 class=""><span class="" style="font-size: 8pt;">Marketplace Management</span></h3><ul class=""><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Lead the performance and growth of digital marketplace channels across multiple territories.</span></p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Identify, evaluate, and launch new marketplace opportunities across the UK, Europe, and further afield.</span></p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Adapt strategies to fit local trends, customer behaviours, and regulatory requirements.</span></p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Analyse competitor activity and optimise pricing strategies accordingly.</span></p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Continuously review and refine marketplace performance-making smart, data-led decisions.</span></p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Nurture existing marketplace accounts and turn them into growth engines.</span></p></li></ul><h3 class=""><span class="" style="font-size: 8pt;">International Business Development</span></h3><ul class=""><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Manage a portfolio of international distributors and wholesalers across key regions: EMEA, GCC, AUS &amp; USA.</span></p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Actively source and secure new partnerships to drive brand reach and revenue.</span></p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Project manage the setup of a European 3PL.</span></p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Build and deliver clear international strategies with scalable growth plans.</span></p></li><li class=""><p class=""><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Drive operational excellence across international trading-ensuring efficiency and best practice.</span></p></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">BBBH34075</span></p><p> </p></dd>
