They are entering an exciting growth phase while maintaining a collaborative, values driven culture focused on innovation, performance, and customer excellence.</p><p><strong>The Role - International Business Development Manager<br> </strong><br> Reporting directly to the International Sales Director, the <strong>International Business Development Manager </strong>will play a crucial role in expanding the global distributor network and driving commercial growth across international markets. You'll act as the key point of contact for key distribution partners, supporting their performance while helping to deliver the wider global sales strategy. </p><p> <strong>Key Responsibilities - International Business Development Manager</strong></p><ul><li>Be the main contact for a portfolio of global distributors, ensuring strong communication and ongoing support</li><li>Develop tailored commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives to grow both sell-in and sell-out sales</li><li>Ensure distributor forecasts and market plans align with internal budgets and strategic goals</li><li>Gather and analyse client data (sales, stock levels, market feedback), sharing insights with senior stakeholders</li><li>Take ownership of client P&Ls to maintain strong margins and efficient operations</li><li>Negotiate and finalise agreements with international partners</li><li>Spot new business opportunities and help open new global markets</li><li>Attend global events, trade fairs, and in-market meetings to represent the brand</li><li>Deliver engaging training and presentations for both B2B and consumer audiences</li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></p><ul><li>At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar international sales, export, or business development</li><li>Experience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG is highly desirable</li><li>Commercially focused with the ability to manage and grow international accounts</li><li>Strong organisation and time management skills</li><li>Adaptable and proactive with a can-do attitude</li><li>Additional languages are a definite advantage</li></ul><p>BBBH34090</p></dd>
