Join us as a Graduate Continuous Improvement Assistant and take the first step toward a rewarding future.</p><p>This is an ideal role for someone with a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, learn on the job, and help drive meaningful improvements across our retail operations.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><p>You’ll work closely with our Continuous Improvement Team Leader to support projects that enhance how our stores operate. From analysing data and improving processes to supporting workshops and tracking performance, you'll play a key part in embedding a culture of continuous improvement across our store network.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support the identification and delivery of process improvement opportunities in our retail stores</li><li>Help document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li><li>Analyse operational data to identify trends and suggest improvements</li><li>Track progress of improvement initiatives and contribute to reporting and presentations</li><li>Assist in planning and coordinating projects, workshops, and training sessions</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to gain insights and support collaborative change</li><li>Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination and project documentation</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>We’re looking for someone with the drive and potential to grow – experience is not required, but a proactive mindset and willingness to learn are essential.</p><p><strong>You’ll need:</strong></p><ul><li>A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field</li><li>A genuine interest in business improvement and operational change</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong organisation and time management</li><li>Clear communication skills and confidence working with others</li><li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)</li></ul><p>Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is a bonus but not required – we’ll support your learning.<br><br><strong>What to expect from the application process</strong></p><ol><li>Submit your CV and complete our short application<strong> (applications close 30th July)</strong></li><li>If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to an assessment day with our Retail Operations Team <strong>Wednesday 6th August</strong>.</li><li>You'll take part in a group activity and present a brief with other applicants</li><li>Final selection and offers will follow after the assessment day and you be notified by <strong>Friday 8th August</strong></li></ol><p>If you're ready to start your career in continuous improvement and be part of a team making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.</p><div class="absolute bottom-2 right-2"><button onclick="scrollToTop()" class="theme-primary p-2 rounded-lg flex"> <i translate="no" class="material-symbols-outlined"> arrow_upward </i> </button></div>
