You'll play a key role in the success of this mission by leading the finance function at a site that blends cutting-edge clinical care with compassion, innovation, and integrity.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Own the month-end process, management accounts, and reconciliations</li><li>Deliver detailed variance analysis, commentary, and reporting packs</li><li>Lead budgeting and forecasting across clinic operations and support group planning</li><li>Provide financial modelling and analysis for commercial decisions and strategic projects</li><li>Maintain strong control of cash flow, working capital, and cost management</li><li>Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and efficiency</li><li>Mentor junior finance team members, creating a high-performing finance culture</li><li>Act as the key finance contact for the on-site General Manager</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)</li><li>Minimum 6 years of progressive finance experience, ideally in multi-site, healthcare, or regulated sectors</li><li>Strong foundation in both financial control and FP&amp;A</li><li>Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills</li><li>Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and confident communicating across all levels</li><li>Experience working closely with senior leadership, ideally in a clinic or operational setting</li></ul><p><strong>What's on Offer</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>£50,000 - £60,000 salary + Benefits</li><li>High-visibility role with influence over both site-level and group-level finance strategy</li><li>Supportive leadership and opportunity to collaborate with both clinical and commercial teams</li><li>Be part of a purpose-led environment where finance plays a central role in patient care</li><li>Structured onboarding and professional development opportunities</li><li>Office-based in Bristol - with direct access to site leadership and operations.</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;">Zachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
