This business has gone from strength to strength in recent years and is just about to go through a massive period of growth.</p><p class="p1">This is a pivotal role in a small but scaling business, reporting directly into the Finance Director and taking ownership of day-to-day financial operations.</p><p class="p4">You'll be joining a dynamic, collaborative team where your input will directly impact decision-making and support the continued growth of a successful e-commerce business.</p><p class="p3"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul class="MailOutline"><li>Lead the month-end close process and produce accurate management accounts</li><li>Manage cash flow, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis</li><li>Partner with teams across marketing, operations, and e-commerce to provide insight and challenge</li><li>Improve and maintain financial controls and processes</li><li>Support the FD with strategic reporting, commercial analysis, and board preparation</li><li>Work closely with the e-commerce platform (Shopify) and support inventory and margin reporting</li></ul><p class="p3"><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul class="MailOutline"><li>ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified accountant with proven experience in a hands-on finance role</li><li>Strong management accounts and reporting skills</li><li>Commercially minded with a keen eye for detail</li><li>Experience in a product-based e-commerce environment preferred</li><li>Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms would be a strong advantage</li><li>Confident communicator with a collaborative, can-do attitude</li></ul><p class="p4"><strong>Why Apply?</strong></p><p class="p1">This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing brand at an exciting stage of its journey.
