As the business continues to grow and evolve, they're investing in their systems and people - and this new role is a critical part of that journey.</p><h3 data-start="835" data-end="854"><strong data-start="839" data-end="852">The Role:</strong></h3><p data-start="855" data-end="1192">You'll join as a highly skilled and senior level Business Analyst embedded in the Finance function, supporting the delivery of key initiatives across ERP and business transformation projects. You'll work cross-functionally with stakeholders in finance, technology, and operations to ensure systems are aligned with business needs and continue to be fit for purpose.</p><h3 data-start="1194" data-end="1223"><strong data-start="1198" data-end="1223">Key responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead current vs. future state analysis, identifying inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities in finance processes</li><li>Gather business requirements through workshops, interviews and research</li><li>Map and analyse finance workflows, translating them into ERP/tech specifications</li><li>Work closely with PMO and IT teams to ensure effective implementation and testing of solutions</li><li>Support change management, training, and stakeholder engagement across the business</li><li>Use journey mapping and KPI tracking to measure impact of improvements</li><li>Maintain high-quality documentation throughout the lifecycle of each initiative</li></ul><h3 data-start="1861" data-end="1884"><strong data-start="1865" data-end="1882">You'll bring:</strong></h3><ul><li>3+ years' experience in a Finance-focused Business Analyst role</li><li>Strong working knowledge of D365 (or AX 2012) and finance modules (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, inventory, etc.)</li><li>Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Excel (intermediate formulas), with bonus points for PowerBI or SQL skills</li><li>A natural problem-solver with a balance of analytical rigour and practical delivery</li></ul><p data-start="2392" data-end="2566">This is a rare opportunity to join a brand with heart, heritage and huge ambition - where you'll have influence, autonomy, and meaningful work to get stuck into from day one.</p><p data-start="2392" data-end="2566"><strong>BBBH33288</strong></p></div><p> </p></dd>
