<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p></p><p><strong>Employee Relations Manager - Multi-Site Retail Business</strong></p><p>We're partnering with a well-established, fast-paced multi-site retail business in their search for a passionate and commercially-minded Employee Relations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving people team where you'll lead and shape ER strategy - including both Head Office and store operations.</p><h3>The Role:</h3><p>As Employee Relations Manager, you will play a vital role in driving a positive ER culture. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and leaders across the business, while leading a team of ER Consultants and overseeing high-risk, complex casework. Working closely with the wider HR and People teams, you'll bring consistency, clarity and confidence to all things ER.</p><h3>What You'll Be Doing:</h3><ul><li><p>Lead, manage and develop a team of ER Consultants, offering day-to-day coaching and support</p></li><li><p>Act as a senior point of escalation for complex ER issues and appeals</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with leaders across the business to deliver pragmatic, legally sound advice</p></li><li><p>Drive consistency by chairing case reviews and reviewing ER activity across the estate</p></li><li><p>Maintain ER data dashboards and contribute to analytics, identifying patterns and solutions</p></li><li><p>Partner with stakeholders to support restructures, consultations, TUPE and policy changes</p></li><li><p>Deliver ER training and policy rollouts to upskill line managers and HR colleagues</p></li><li><p>Liaise with legal on ACAS early conciliation and employment tribunal matters</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For:</h3><ul><li><p>Previous experience in a similar ER management role, ideally in a retail or multi-site environment</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage and develop a small team</p></li><li><p>Up-to-date and confident UK employment law knowledge</p></li><li><p>Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills</p></li><li><p>Experience handling complex ER issues from investigation through to resolution</p></li><li><p>Background supporting TUPE, restructures and organisational change</p></li><li><p>Passion for developing capability in others through training and coaching</p></li><li><p>Resilient, people-focused and commercially minded in your approach</p></li></ul><p>This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-first environment, who enjoys both hands-on ER work and leading from the front.</p><p>If you're passionate about employee experience, legally confident, and ready to help shape the ER agenda in a well-respected retail business - we'd love to hear from you.<br><br>Salary c£65,000 + Bonus, staff discount + Private Medical <br><br>Please apply today with your most up to date CV! </p><p>BBBH34087</p></dd>
