Holland & Barrett is looking for a clinically qualified and digitally savvy Emotional Wellbeing Lead to drive the mental health strategy within H&B&Me, our pioneering lifestyle health intervention app. In this role, you'll shape evidence-based wellbeing content, integrate behaviour change science, and work alongside AI experts to personalise and scale impactful digital support. This is a unique opportunity to lead at the intersection of clinical care, behavioural science, and tech-enabled wellness. </div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Role:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote">Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the design and delivery of evidence-based mental and emotional wellbeing programmes within the digital app. </li><li>Integrate behaviour change theory and AI to build scalable, personalised interventions. </li><li>Translate therapies (e.g. CBT, ACT, mindfulness) into motivating digital formats like in-app journeys and challenges. </li><li>Develop clinical governance frameworks to ensure safety, efficacy, and compliance in emotional wellbeing content. </li><li>Collaborate with product, data, and behavioural teams to shape user experience and app features. </li><li>Analyse data and feedback to optimise content and improve user health outcomes. </li><li>Represent emotional wellbeing in cross-functional teams and external partnerships. </li></ul>Location: This is a hybrid role based in London, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.</div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Person:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote">Key Requirements: <ul><li>HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatry-qualified Medical Advisor (minimum 5 years post-qualification). </li><li>Deep knowledge of evidence-based therapies and behaviour change science (e.g. COM-B). </li><li>Proven experience in digital health programme development. </li><li>Confident working in cross-functional settings, including product and AI teams. </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Passionate about driving positive health outcomes through innovation. </li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">What we offer:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote">Our Benefits for this role include, but not limited to:<ul><li style="font-size: 11pt;">H&B Employee Discount - 25%</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Bonus</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Pension company contribution</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">33 Days Holiday per year (Inclusive of bank holidays)</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Private Medical Care</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Exclusive benefits, free advice and savings from a range of retailers and providers</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Electric Car Scheme</li></ul>We're passionate about helping every colleague thrive across all dimensions of wellbeing, and we're committed to having a diverse and inclusive workplace.
