<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><div><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong>Digital Analytics Manager | Multi-Channel Retailer | Plymouth | up to £55k</strong></span></div><p data-start="254" data-end="859"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">A fast-paced multi-channel retailer is looking for a highly analytical and commercially-minded Digital Analytics Manager to take ownership of digital reporting, insight generation, and performance measurement across all online channels. This is a key role that will partner with trading, marketing, UX, and senior leadership to drive data-led decision-making and support the brand's ambitious digital growth targets. The ideal Digital Analytics Manager will be confident working across large data sets, tools, and stakeholders - transforming numbers into actions that deliver real business impact.</span></p><h3 data-start="866" data-end="890"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Key Responsibilities</span></h3><ul data-start="892" data-end="1872"><li data-start="892" data-end="973"><p data-start="894" data-end="973"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Owns all digital performance reporting across web, app, email, and paid media</span></p></li><li data-start="974" data-end="1069"><p data-start="976" data-end="1069"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Builds dashboards and custom reports using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and other relevant tools</span></p></li><li data-start="1070" data-end="1179"><p data-start="1072" data-end="1179"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Delivers weekly and monthly insight packs, highlighting trends, key metrics, and commercial opportunities</span></p></li><li data-start="1180" data-end="1295"><p data-start="1182" data-end="1295"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Provides actionable recommendations to improve conversion, AOV, bounce rate, and customer journey effectiveness</span></p></li><li data-start="1296" data-end="1410"><p data-start="1298" data-end="1410"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Partners closely with digital trading, CRM, UX, and paid teams to measure campaign impact and site performance</span></p></li><li data-start="1411" data-end="1506"><p data-start="1413" data-end="1506"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Develops clear measurement frameworks and testing strategies to support digital initiatives</span></p></li><li data-start="1507" data-end="1594"><p data-start="1509" data-end="1594"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Supports A/B testing and CRO efforts by tracking, analysing, and presenting results</span></p></li><li data-start="1595" data-end="1694"><p data-start="1597" data-end="1694"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Monitors user behaviour and journey data to identify friction points and areas for optimisation</span></p></li><li data-start="1695" data-end="1787"><p data-start="1697" data-end="1787"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Keeps up to date with platform changes, attribution models, and analytics best practices</span></p></li><li data-start="1788" data-end="1872"><p data-start="1790" data-end="1872"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Trains internal teams on data tools, ensuring best-in-class tracking and tagging</span></p></li></ul><h3 data-start="1879" data-end="1905"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What We're Looking For</span></h3><ul data-start="1907" data-end="2600"><li data-start="1907" data-end="2004"><p data-start="1909" data-end="2004"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">A strong background in digital or eCommerce analytics within a fast-moving retail environment</span></p></li><li data-start="2005" data-end="2096"><p data-start="2007" data-end="2096"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Expert knowledge of GA4, with the ability to build reports and dashboards independently</span></p></li><li data-start="2097" data-end="2194"><p data-start="2099" data-end="2194"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Comfortable working with large data sets, and confident with Excel/Google Sheets for analysis</span></p></li><li data-start="2195" data-end="2273"><p data-start="2197" data-end="2273"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Familiar with Shopify, content performance metrics, and attribution models</span></p></li><li data-start="2274" data-end="2354"><p data-start="2276" data-end="2354"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Experience using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus</span></p></li><li data-start="2355" data-end="2411"><p data-start="2357" data-end="2411"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">A strategic thinker with a sharp commercial instinct</span></p></li><li data-start="2412" data-end="2504"><p data-start="2414" data-end="2504"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Excellent communicator - able to simplify complex data into meaningful business insights</span></p></li><li data-start="2505" data-end="2600"><p data-start="2507" data-end="2600"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">A proactive <strong data-start="2519" data-end="2548">Digital Analytics Manager</strong> who thrives on improving performance through data</span></p></li></ul><div><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> <strong>BBBH33872</strong></span></div><p> </p></dd>
