They are growing massively, they have doubled in size and aren't stopping there. For this role we need a real self starter and someone who wants to embed themselves in a fast scaling environment which has the brand power and backing to almost double year on year in sales and revenue.</p><p>If you love product, love responsibility and want to be part of a brilliant, rewarding culture then this is the role and business for you!<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Role Profile</span><br>As the Demand Planner, you will develop and build detailed style demand plans, forecasts and financial projections used by the Sales, Merchandising, Sourcing and Supply Planning teams to drive critical business processes. You will determine style forecasts based on merchandising assortment plans, statistical forecasting inputs, and historical trends with inventory profitability goals.</p><ul><li>Develop, integrate and provide forecasts for internal operations and external factories and vendors.</li><li>Involved in addressing forecast variances and improving forecasting accuracy.</li><li>Analyse internal demand information and market &amp; delivery performance through statistical analysis and data-driven decision making tools.</li><li>May involve compiling data and reports or being a consumer of such data in order to support decision making.</li><li>Through forecasting and analytics may set, review, reconcile and/or execute demand, source and supply plans in partnership with the Operations team.</li><li>Create visibility of change requests and provide recommendations for process improvements.</li><li>Develop or support process management excellence to ensure timeliness and accuracy of critical information, events and procedures.</li><li>Support the wider Ops team with demand and production insight across factory/vendor base</li></ul><p>This is a brilliant opportunity to join a start up in the sports industry.
