style="font-weight: 400;">Reporting into the Head of Logistics you will be responsible for the leadership of a management team and their team of warehouse operatives through the relevant processes.&nbsp; More specifically the delivery and performance of Boux warehouse operations for retail deliveries to store, and eCommerce delivery to customers.&nbsp; This involves meeting expectations on the internal and external productivity, service, safety and cost KPI's of the site.&nbsp; You will provide your team with clear leadership, communication, guidance and support to ensure the right process and procedures are followed and performance metrics are achieved.</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">:</span></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead the Management Team to deliver and exceed the performance targets of the site</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Act as the line manager for the four operational Team Managers and in turn their team of Team Leaders and operatives&nbsp;</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Continually work to drive a continuous improvement, high performance and recognition culture across the site and role model with the Management team&nbsp;</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Role model our values and Boux culture across all aspects of the role, promoting an engaging and positive environment ensuring that your team enjoy coming to work.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Play a key role in the delivery of the operational plan for manpower, volumes, cost and service for the Boux&nbsp;</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Understand the DC processes and flow of work through the operation and what the key levers are&nbsp;</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Become proficient in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) JDA/Dispatcher</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure our automation (Suresort sorter) is fully utilised</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support the Head of Logistics with the delivery of&nbsp; the departmental budget ensuring that cost efficiencies are achieved&nbsp;</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Operate with the pace required to increase productivity, improve accuracy and process adherence</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure that all Health and Safety Policies and Practices are rigorously complied with and improved to achieve a safe Customer working environment&nbsp;</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Attract and grow talent, improve capability to
