This role will require you to work cross functionally and maintain and foster customer relationships as well as relationships across the wider team.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>First point of contact for customers contacting Missoma</li><li>Responding to all customer enquiries within four hours</li><li>Dealing with all customer enquires; chasing deliveries, managing faulty returns/ replacements</li><li>Handling all customer complaints</li><li>Ensuring customers are updated effectively</li><li>Logging any customer feedback that impacts other departments</li><li>Commination with customer through various channels including; Email, telephone and LiveChat</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>COMPETENCIES &amp; EXPERIENCE</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>1+ years experience within customer care is essential</li><li>Ability to display clear and positive communication skills both written and verba</li><li>Ability to use own initiative and proven track record of having solved problems successfully&nbsp;</li><li>Well organised</li><li>Acts well under pressure&nbsp;</li><li>Team player&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Microsoft packages &nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Whilst this role is remote, you will be required to attend the West London Head Office once a month for companywide meetings and training sessions. &nbsp;</p></div>
