In this strategic role, you'll lead the commercial insight agenda across both B2C and B2B models—shaping decisions that fuel platform performance, deepen customer value, and guide future innovation. From loyalty integration to proposition testing and B2B expansion, your insights will influence the next era of wellness commerce. </div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Role:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote">Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the H&B&Me commercial insight strategy, driving data-led growth across B2C and B2B propositions. </li><li>Develop and execute a research and foresight roadmap combining behavioural, market, and platform data. </li><li>Guide measurement and optimisation of loyalty, personalisation, and membership initiatives. </li><li>Track app performance across the brand funnel—awareness to retention—identifying opportunities and gaps. </li><li>Deliver B2B market intelligence, from partner sizing to proposition testing and pilot evaluation. </li><li>Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to embed insight into strategic and day-to-day decisions. </li><li>Build a unified insight framework spanning CLV, churn, acquisition, and competitive benchmarks. </li><li>Translate complex insight into clear, actionable recommendations for senior</li></ul>Location:This role is based in London, and is required to travel to our Nuneaton Hub and occasionally to any other location of H&B.
