As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support, enabling the Directors to focus on strategic priorities. You will also play a key role in supporting team engagement, recognition, and communication activities across their respective areas.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt" class=" axiom1-5 axiom-scraped-1"><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Administrative Support: Manage diaries, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and process expenses for up to three Directors</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Meeting Coordination: Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Team Engagement: Support Directors in planning and delivering team engagement activities, such as all-hands meetings, recognition events, and internal communications</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Recognition Management: Own and manage the “Just to Say” budget for the Directors’ areas, ensuring appropriate and timely allocation of recognition to team members</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Document Management: Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and briefing materials. Maintain accurate filing and documentation</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional responses</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaboration: Work closely with the EA to ensure alignment and consistency in support across the unit. Also, work closely with the pan Consumer PA unit to ensure cover for Directors if their dedicated PA on annual leave, or out of the office</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to administrative processes and team coordination</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt" class=" axiom1-6 axiom-scraped-1"><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Organisation: Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Team Support: Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and coordinating team activities</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Recognition Coordination: Comfortable managing small budgets and ensuring meaningful recognition is delivered across teams</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Discretion: Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with integrity</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proactive: Takes initiative and anticipates needs, with a can-do attitude</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt" class=" axiom1-7 axiom-scraped-1"><strong>What’s in it for you</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">BT Pension scheme, minimum 5% Employee contribution, BT contribution 10%</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">From January 2025, equal family leave:&nbsp; receive 18 weeks at full pay, 8 weeks at half pay and 26 weeks at the statutory rate.
