Evolve, negotiate and implement commercial agreements to support future growth / best in class customer experience from this channel</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage all commercial and contractual risks, issues and opportunities ensuring where appropriate they are capitalized on and/or closed down</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Own partnerships from engagement ensuring we are best placed to build credible, innovate new distribution partnerships</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Onboard, implement and execution new partnerships- supporting best in class customer experience and driving high demand / sales for new markets</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead Business Development activity across the wider business (marketing/channel/etc.) to ensure opportunities fully exploited / supported</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What we’re looking for</b></h2></div><div><ul><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Entrepreneurial approach to driving growth and creating new opportunities</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven Experience of business development activity / growing business / winning opportunities</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">partnership management/biz development (up to board level) &nbsp;- navigating win/win outcomes for EE &amp; partner</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Recommend commercial approaches/ negotiation approach / commercial models / terms to establish strategic business development partners/opportunities</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience of creating and presenting up to MD level securing buy in/driving fundamental change</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience of driving fundamental change whilst (across business/in channel) executing best in class</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Financial understanding of financial/commercial performance mechanics and the levers to drive revenue, EBITDA and FCF</span></li></ul><p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">&nbsp;</p></div></div></div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt" class=" axiom1-7 axiom-scraped-1"><strong>What’s in it for you</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">10% on target bonus</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">BT Pension scheme, minimum 5% Employee contribution, BT contribution 10%</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">From January 2025, equal family leave:&nbsp; receive 18 weeks at full pay, 8 weeks at half pay and 26 weeks at the statutory rate.
