With bold ambitions and a strong growth trajectory, it's an exciting time to be part of the journey.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>This is a rare chance to step into a wide-reaching Brand Manager role with real visibility and impact across the UK and European markets. You'll lead brand strategy, product lifecycle planning, campaign development, and retail execution- all with a strong focus on commercial results and consumer relevance.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong><br>  Setting local brand strategies that align with global direction<br>  Managing the brand portfolio, product updates, and launches<br>  Leading media and PR campaigns from brief to delivery<br>  Developing and supporting retail marketing across online and in-store channels<br>  Acting as a key partner to internal sales, marketing, and licensing teams<br>  Supporting distributors and markets with assets, messaging and brand guidance<br>  Monitoring brand performance and owning KPIs</p><p>This is a high-exposure role with the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders, lead brand storytelling across multiple markets, and bring fresh, culturally aware thinking to a fast-moving business.</p><p><strong>The Person</strong></p><p>We're looking for a brand-led candidate- someone who brings energy, commercial instinct, and a real passion for building relevant, consumer-facing brands. This role would suit someone from a fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG background who's looking to apply their skills in a fresh, evolving space.</p><p><strong>You'll likely bring:</strong><br>  Experience in brand management within consumer goods or lifestyle categories<br>  A strong sense of what drives cultural relevance and consumer engagement<br>  The ability to manage multiple projects across markets and stakeholders<br>  A proactive, agile mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment<br>  Strong data instincts, able to turn insights into action</p><p>You don't need to come from the category… What matters is your ability to build and grow great brands with impact, clarity and relevance.</p><p><strong>BBBH33998</strong></p></dd>
