This is an ideal next step for someone who already has merchandising experience and wants to build their career in a fast-moving, collaborative & fun environment.</p><h3 class=""><span class="">What you'll be doing:</span></h3><ul class=""><li class="">You'll lead on preparing Monday trade reports, delivering sharp weekly analysis with clear actions that highlight risks, spot opportunities, and support commercial decision making.</li><li class="">You'll create ad hoc reporting and performance insight across categories, helping both the merchandising team and wider business make better-informed choices.</li><li class="">Responsible for maintaining line cards, forecasting, and planning sales and stock, you'll play a key role in influencing buy suggestions.</li><li class="">You'll regularly review intake versus plan, taking into account freight budgets, supplier timelines and any external constraints, and help guide Merchandising Admin Assistants on intake decisions.</li><li class="">You'll own the end-to-end stock ordering process - from raising purchase orders to sending barcodes and managing delivery schedules.</li><li class="">Working closely with the Senior Merchandiser, you'll support in building seasonal reporting packs and post-season learnings with clear commentary and commercial insight.</li><li class="">You'll help develop and mentor our Merch Admin Assistant, sharing your knowledge and supporting their growth.</li><li class="">You'll also build strong cross-functional relationships with Buying, Ecommerce, Logistics and Marketing - this role touches almost every area of the business.</li></ul><h3 class=""><span class="">We're looking for someone who:</span></h3><ul class=""><li class="">Has existing experience in merchandising - whether you're currently in an Assistant Merchandiser role, or a Merch Admin ready to step up.</li><li class="">Thrives on detail, data, and structure - someone who can spot patterns, solve problems, and keep things moving.</li><li class="">Brings a commercial mindset to every conversation, with a clear understanding of how stock flows impact sales.</li><li class="">Is highly organised and proactive, with a real sense of ownership over their work.</li><li class="">Is fluent in Excel - vlookups, pivot tables, and manipulating data should feel second nature.</li><li class="">Communicates clearly and confidently, across all levels of the business.</li></ul><p><strong>BBBH33656</strong></p></dd>
