This is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on role in the product development and creation of successful ranges. </p><p class="">Whether you're a <span class="">Senior BAA ready to step up</span>, or a <span class="">current Assistant Buyer looking to accelerate your career</span> in a new, fast-paced environment, this is your chance to get stuck into the full buying cycle with excellent exposure and mentorship from a seasoned Buyer.</p><h3 class=""><span class="">As Assistant Buyer, you'll be:</span></h3><ul class=""><li class="">Passionate about ladies' fashion and commercially switched on</li><li class="">Confident managing the critical path</li><li class="">Solutions-focused, offering ideas to the Senior Buyer, Merchandisers, and Suppliers if challenges arise</li><li class="">Involved in sourcing, initial sample requests, and the full costing process</li><li class="">Preparing and managing the departmental range plan in the lead-up to sign-offs</li><li class="">Working hand-in-hand with Merchandising on trade reports, delivery schedules, and critical paths</li><li class="">Presenting Monday Trade with your Buyer to Senior Management</li><li class="">Supporting POS and campaign activity across your category</li><li class="">Regularly attending range builds, sign-off meetings, and shopping trips to spot newness</li><li class="">Meeting with suppliers to develop standout new products</li><li class="">Prep samples and shot lists ready for ecom teams</li><li class="">Partnering with Web &amp; Trading teams to ensure new lines are launched effectively online</li><li class="">Joining weekly fit sessions alongside the Garment Tech and BAA</li></ul><h3 class=""><span class="">We're looking for someone who is:</span></h3><ul class=""><li class="">Confident and collaborative</li><li class="">An excellent communicator, with a professional and friendly approach to suppliers</li><li class="">Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li></ul><p><strong>BBBH33972</strong></p></dd>
