This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded <strong data-start="590" data-end="609">Account Manager</strong> who thrives on driving growth through strong client relationships, creative product development, and strategic sales planning.</p><p data-start="738" data-end="819">This is a <strong data-start="748" data-end="763">hybrid role</strong>, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. <strong data-start="826" data-end="876">Toy industry experience is strongly preferred.</strong></p><p data-start="909" data-end="1250">As Account Manager, you'll work closely with the Commercial Lead and cross-functional teams to manage and grow key retail accounts, develop new product lines, and identify market opportunities. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll be responsible for both maintaining client satisfaction and contributing to commercial growth targets.</p><p data-start="1252" data-end="1421"><span data-start="1432" data-end="1457"><strong>Account Manager</strong> </span><strong data-start="1432" data-end="1457">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul data-start="1459" data-end="2182"><li data-start="1459" data-end="1533"><p data-start="1461" data-end="1533">Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with existing clients</p></li><li data-start="1534" data-end="1616"><p data-start="1536" data-end="1616">Identify and approach potential new clients within retail and consumer sectors</p></li><li data-start="1617" data-end="1701"><p data-start="1619" data-end="1701">Drive sales by developing compelling, tailored product ranges and brand concepts</p></li><li data-start="1702" data-end="1784"><p data-start="1704" data-end="1784">Collaborate with design, buying, and commercial teams to bring ideas to market</p></li><li data-start="1785" data-end="1849"><p data-start="1787" data-end="1849">Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and pitches</p></li><li data-start="1850" data-end="1923"><p data-start="1852" data-end="1923">Monitor sales performance, revenue targets, and account profitability</p></li><li data-start="1924" data-end="2000"><p data-start="1926" data-end="2000">Stay on top of market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity</p></li><li data-start="2001" data-end="2097"><p data-start="2003" data-end="2097">Deliver excellent customer service and ensure all internal teams are aligned to client needs</p></li><li data-start="2098" data-end="2182"><p data-start="2100" data-end="2182">Contribute to broader commercial planning and new product development strategies</p></li></ul><h3 data-start="2189" data-end="2213"><strong data-start="2193" data-end="2213">Account Manager Requirements:</strong></h3><ul data-start="2215" data-end="2808"><li data-start="2215" data-end="2297"><p data-start="2217" data-end="2297">Experience in account management within <strong data-start="2257" data-end="2295">toys, licensing, or consumer goods</strong></p></li><li data-start="2298" data-end="2390"><p data-start="2300" data-end="2390">Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with a proven track record of growing accounts</p></li><li data-start="2391" data-end="2480"><p data-start="2393" data-end="2480">Confident communicator with excellent client-facing and internal collaboration skills</p></li><li data-start="2481" data-end="2564"><p data-start="2483" data-end="2564">Creative and trend-aware, with an understanding of what makes a product succeed</p></li><li data-start="2565" data-end="2643"><p data-start="2567" data-end="2643">Highly organised with a focus on detail, deadlines, and delivering results</p></li><li data-start="2644" data-end="2713"><p data-start="2646" data-end="2713">Skilled in building presentations and reporting sales performance</p></li><li data-start="2714" data-end="2808"><p data-start="2716" data-end="2808">A proactive, flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment</p></li></ul><p><strong>BBBH34025</strong></p></dd>
