You'll drive strategy and execution to create secure, scalable, and seamless experiences across web and mobile, while embedding innovation through AI, data, and tech infrastructure.</p></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Role:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><p><span style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"><strong>Key&nbsp;Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li data-start="744" data-end="848">Define and lead the technology and data strategy for H&amp;B&amp;Me, aligning to commercial and mission goals.</li><li data-start="851" data-end="921">Architect secure, scalable digital ecosystems for D2C and B2B users.</li><li data-start="924" data-end="995">Build and lead high-performing in-house and external tech/data teams.</li><li data-start="998" data-end="1075">Ensure compliance with NHS, GDPR, ISO27001, and digital health regulations.</li><li data-start="1078" data-end="1152">Drive innovation through AI integration and health data personalisation.</li><li data-start="1155" data-end="1230">Oversee partner management, budget ownership, and operational excellence.</li><li data-start="1233" data-end="1296">Support international scale-up and localisation of platforms.</li></ul><p><span style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"><strong>Location:</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">This role is based in London, and may be required to occasionally travel to any other location of H&amp;B.
