You will play a leading role in transitioning their supply chain into a fully centralised model, working across their multi-site retail operation with key 3PL partners to ensure optimum performance.</p><p>You'll be responsible for:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Leading and developing a high-performing supply chain team</strong>, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.</p></li><li><p><strong>Driving the implementation of best practice retail supply chain methods</strong>, from forecasting through to replenishment.</p></li><li><p>Overseeing the successful <strong>implementation of F&amp;R systems</strong>, ensuring they are optimised to meet commercial goals.</p></li><li><p><strong>Forecasting and demand planning</strong>, ensuring alignment with trading performance, seasonal trends, and stock strategy.</p></li><li><p><strong>Analysing supply chain data</strong> to identify opportunities, risks and improvements.</p></li><li><p>Building and maintaining <strong>strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders</strong>, ensuring alignment across functions.</p></li><li><p><strong>Managing and reporting against key KPIs</strong>, with full accountability for supply chain performance across the business.</p></li><li><p><strong>Overseeing 3PL partnerships</strong>, ensuring service levels, cost efficiency and operational excellence across all sites.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>About You</strong></h3><p>They're looking for someone who can bring both strategic insight and operational excellence.
