We want to recruit a Store Manager who will take pride in their store, develop the team and deliver a great service to customers.</span></p><p style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">As Store Manager you will have experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment is essential, you will be a Store Manager who can deliver results, high standards and be ambitious to progress with our client. </span></p><p style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">To be our clients new Store Manager, you will be a motivated, hands-on, shop floor based, commercial and a result driven retail manager who has a passion for coaching and developing teams, combined with a passion for delivering a brilliant service.</span></p><p style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">You will need your own transport to travel to our clients' stores, in addition we want a proven Manager who can support other stores across the area when required so a flexible approach is a must. </span></p><p style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities as a Store Manager</strong>:</span></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Overall control of key areas in store</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Driving customer service standards in your store.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Increase sales in store and ensuring site profitability.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Training, coaching and developing your team.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&amp;S guidelines. </span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Achieving store and company KPI's.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Profit protection and stock management</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis. </span></li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Our client's Store Manager role is the ideal next challenge for someone with experience of managing great teams and driving results.
