We are looking for an inspirational manager who is very commercial yet loves the creative and visual side of retail.</p><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>You will be responsible for at Store Manager; </strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>Has strong visual merchandising skills and a passion for it</li><li>Driving customer service levels.</li><li>Leading and inspiring your management team.</li><li>Overseeing people, service, operations and product management.</li><li>Sales generation, driving KPI', budget and P&amp;L management.</li><li>Ensuring a high level of visual standards and commerciality are maintained</li><li>Training and people development of employee's </li><li>One to one coaching and succession planning.</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>What our the must's:</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>You will be currently working at Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, Store Manager or Department Manager. </li><li>Have at least 2-3 years Retail Management experience.</li><li>Have a natural flair for Visual Merchandising and an eye for detail. </li><li>Experience working in Fashion highly desirable but not essential.
