<div>We are looking to recruit a Reporting Specialist to join our Installations Data Team in Northampton. The successful candidate will be expected to provide reporting and data loading support primarily for the Customer Service Account and Experience teams, that will enable efficiencies, cost reduction, improved performance and improved Customer experience. Working Pattern: 7am-4pm: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday in the office. Tuesday and Friday WFH (please note this may be subject to change during the probation period). Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>To provide relevant and timely information to key stakeholders that will be used to improve performance, make efficiency gains, reduce cost to serve and improve Customer experience. </li><li>To co-ordinate and consolidate delivery/services data from all fulfilment sources.</li><li>To complete data loading and the issuing of order related communications.</li><li>To ensure all work is completed accurately, following the approved process and to the required standard.</li><li>To effectively prioritise workload to ensure all tasks are delivered to their deadline</li><li>To support UAT activity when required.</li><li>To be able to accommodate ad-hoc requests and seasonal peaks.</li></ul> What are we looking for:<ul><li>Good standard of literacy and numeracy.</li><li>Medium to advanced google, excel and database management</li><li>At least 1 years relevant work experience in a contact centre reporting environment</li><li>Collaboration within a team structure to produce high quality output at pace</li><li>Strong analytical skills, being able to identify and track trends.</li><li>Experience of working in a similar role, ideally for a multi channel retailer or contact centre or distribution environment.</li></ul> What can we offer you?
