This role is perfect for someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and a keen eye for detail to every interaction. From greeting guests with a smile to keeping our beautifully designed office running smoothly, you’ll help create a front-of-house experience that reflects the charm and imagination at the core of our luxury brand. This role is onsite office based 5 days a week. </p><p><strong>You'll be;</strong></p><ul><li>Greeting and assisting all visitors and directing them appropriately, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. </li><li>Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation of the Reception areas.</li><li>Organising and preparing catering for external and internal meetings.</li><li>Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries with efficiency.</li><li>Providing basic administrative support (e.g., data entry, filing, copying).</li><li>Maintaining visitor logs and issuing security passes for all visitors. </li><li>Coordinating with internal departments as needed.</li><li>Supporting the Office Manager with office operations and ad hoc tasks, including ordering supplies and liaising with vendors.</li><li>Working with White City Reception to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors and guests.</li><li>Supporting the Office Assistant with welcome packs and organise new starter passes.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong><strong>You'll have;</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organisational skills, particularly with changing priorities.</li><li>A keen eye and attention to detail.</li><li>The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. </li><li>A high level of discretion and respect for confidentiality.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li><li>A professional presence with a friendly and approachable appearance.</li><li>A passion for delivering memorable experiences. </li><li>A flexible and adaptable approach.</li><li>Ideally First Aid & Fire Marshall trained/ general health & safety awareness.</li><li>Ideally an understanding of GDPR.</li></ul><p></p></div>
