<p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>We are looking for a motivated Quality Control Team Leader to work within our Product Creation Centre Quality Control team, supporting the QC Supervisor and closely working with wider teams including Product Development, Supply Chain and Warehouse functions to deliver the best-in-class products for UK and International Footasylum stores and ecommerce, as well as UK and International Wholesale partners.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the in-house QC inspectors on all bulk production checks to ensure all products are in line with approved standards and delivered within specified timeframes to meet critical path deadlines</li><li>Feedback to QC Supervisor, Product development team and overseas factories when needed. </li><li>Successfully work with the wider teams to support the end-to-end Quality control process making sure best in class multi- category product is achieved according to the required standards </li><li>Maintain partnerships with all internal teams (eg Product Development, Supply chain, Warehouse)</li><li>Demonstrate an understanding of size specifications </li><li>Mentor and support QC Inspection team ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and development through clear direction and feedback, identifying individual training needs, and encouraging collaborative ways of working</li></ul><ul><li>Keeping QC log up to date by liaising with all relevant teams.</li><li>Creating AQL inspection sheets and measurement sheets for own in-house inspections and 3<sup>rd</sup> party inspections when needed.</li><li>AQL report analysis with intervention when issues arise. </li><li>Assist QC Supervisor in ensuring all shipment samples are arranged for QC inspections when needed and logged correctly.</li><li>Record and investigate customer returns and coordinate corrective action plans with the factories and relevant teams.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years’ Quality control experience with Apparel industry</li><li>Collaborative team player, with ability to react quickly to changing demands and priorities. </li><li>You must have a good level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office).</li></ul><ul><li>You must have excellent organisation skills with a keen eye for detail.</li></ul><p><strong>Diversity</strong></p><p>We recognise and value the importance of diversity to help make sure we have lots of different perspectives when we are building products and services.
