This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of both professional and private affairs - managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling confidential documentation, and ensuring the smooth running of multiple family properties.&nbsp;</p></div><div><p>You’ll act as a trusted liaison between the CEO, family members, and key stakeholders - always operating with the highest levels of discretion, efficiency, and integrity.&nbsp;</p></div><div><p><strong>The Impact you will have in this role is:&nbsp;</strong></p></div><div><p><strong>Diary Management (40%)&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Efficiently manage the CEO’s business and personal calendar, prioritising appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling logistics to ensure seamless scheduling and time management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li></ul></div><div><p><strong>Personal Financial Administration (20%)&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Oversee personal financial matters, including bill payments and expense tracking, working closely with the accountant to maintain accurate and confidential financial records.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li></ul></div><div><p><strong>Property &amp; Household Management (20%)&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Manage administrative and operational aspects of multiple residences, coordinating with staff and service providers to ensure upkeep, timely payments, and smooth household functioning.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li></ul></div><div><p><strong>Holiday &amp;
