Your role will involve:</p><ul><li>Partnering with leaders to provide hands-on support and guidance on people matters—from performance and capability to wellbeing and engagement.</li><li>Managing employee relations casework with confidence and care, including investigations, conciliations, and tribunal claims.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies, while keeping a pragmatic, people-first approach.</li><li>Creating helpful resources like manager guides, templates, and process maps to support consistent and engaging people practices.</li><li>Tracking and analysing casework trends to spot opportunities for improvement and reduce risk.</li><li>Supporting policy updates and helping embed changes across the business.</li><li>Acting as a go-to expert for the People &amp; Culture Coordinator and wider team.</li><li>Building strong relationships across the business to drive collaboration and trust.</li><li>Staying ahead of the curve with the latest in employment law and HR best practice.</li><li>Championing our values by promoting inclusion, wellbeing, and colleague voice in everything you do.</li><li>Getting involved in exciting projects that help shape the future of our people experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Who we're looking for</strong></p><p>We’re looking for someone who’s confident, collaborative, and ready to make an impact.
