The successful candidate for this role is a pro-active team player, highly organized, eager to learn and passionate.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>Retail Marketing</b></p><ul><li>Serve as primary liaison with local suppliers to manage and coordinate event execution</li><li>Oversee logistics and implementation of in-store retail events, ensuring seamless operations and impactful client experiences</li><li>Work closely with the Clienteling lead on smaller scale activations and support on personalized outreach initiatives</li></ul><p><b>Wholesale Marketing</b></p><ul><li>Maintain regular contact with wholesale partners to manage organic and paid marketing support</li><li>Coordinate delivery of product and campaign assets for SIS</li><li>Support 360° projects and assist the manager in executing partner activations</li><li>Work with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of customized assets for wholesale needs</li></ul><p><b>Paid Media</b></p><ul><li>Support identification of high-impact paid media placements to drive awareness and engagement</li><li>Coordinate asset selection with Integrated Marketing Manager</li><li>Communicate media plans with store teams; collect and share visual proof of execution and performance metrics</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Retail Theatre & Visual Merchandising</b></p><ul><li>Gather and report feedback from stores on VM execution and customer feedback</li><li>Oversee the end-to-end process of seasonal window and VM installations working cross functionally with the retail and central teams, ensuring timely setup and flawless execution</li><li>Monitor product availability and placement to ensure consistency with visual strategy</li></ul><p><b>Finance & Budget Management</b></p><ul><li>Manage operational finance tasks across the Marketing & Communications EMEA team: vendor creation, PO processing, invoice tracking, and payment follow-up</li><li>Communicate finance processes with external partners and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely processing</li><li>Support ongoing budget tracking and assist in regular financial reporting across marketing functions</li></ul><p><b>Peer Insights</b></p><ul><li>Conduct peer benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and highlight opportunities for differentiation.</li></ul><p><b>Performance metrics</b></p><ul><li>Track KPIs and compile results to support reporting across Marketing & Communication EMEA team</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experience, Education and Designations:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business</li><li>3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the retail, luxury, fashion sectors.</li></ul><p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:</b></p><ul><li>Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Creative thinking with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of brand aesthetics and storytelling.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Power BI knowledge would be a plus.</li><li>Ability to multi- task and work efficiently under pressure</li><li>Entrepreneurial spirit</li><li>A “can-do and positive”, “let’s make it happen” attitude</li><li>Embrace continuous improvement by proposing new and/or better ways of working</li><li>A continuous learner, determined with a passion for marketing and retail spaces</li></ul><p><b>What’s in it For You?</b></p><ul><li>A company built on Canadian roots and heritage</li><li>Your work is recognized with a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards Program</li><li>Opportunities for career growth through numerous internal and external programs</li><li>Recognize and be recognized by your peers with our Goose Rewards & ICON Rewards</li><li>Be a part of<span> </span><i>CG Gives</i>.
