That’s why we're looking for fresh talent to join our Marketing Team as part of an exclusive graduate intake, starting in September 2025.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Successful applicants will join the business on a 2-year graduate scheme, where you will gain exposure across both our Performance &amp; Brand Marketing functions. Should your application progress we require you to let the team know if there is anything you need to disclose in relation to any of these checks prior to them being undertaken, including any unspent criminal convictions.</p><p><strong>What happens next?</strong> </p><p>Following your application, our talent acquisition team will review your CV and be in touch if you’ve been selected for the next stage of the process, so keep an eye on your emails! </p><p>You will then be invited to a video interview, where you will pre-record your answers to a number of questions and share with the talent team. </p><p>If successful at the interview stage, you will then attend a full-day assessment centre at our head office in Speke where you will take part in a group task in the morning with a final stage behavioural interview in the afternoon.
