Working closely with stakeholders across our varied and complex organisation, you’ll shape and develop ideas into compelling digital and print materials that speak to our diverse audiences.<br> <br> We are looking for someone who has a creative flair and a hands-on approach to graphic design, with a talent for juggling multiple projects and deadlines. You will be responsible for creating digital and print designs, as well as managing all visual assets - safe in the knowledge that your work will help to improve lives in our community.</p><p><br> <br><u>The Role</u></p><p><br></p><p>Working as part of our small but perfectly formed Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading on the design and management of all visual assets, ensuring that all deliverables and requirements are met across our group brands.</p><p> </p><p>You will develop and create engaging multi-channel campaigns that span both online and offline platforms, including graphics, layouts, and presentations, all while maintaining the YMCA Robin Hood Group branding. </p><p> </p><p>You will be the guardian of those brands ensuring guidelines are up-to-date, and consistency is maintained on all internal and external assets, as well as across the wider organisation.</p><p><br> You will also work closing with our amazing Digital Content and PR Executive to produce professionally edited videos and content for various platforms, to showcase all of our services.</p><p><br><u>About You</u></p><p><u> </u></p><p>You’re an experienced Graphic Designer ready to take ownership of a role where your creativity and initiative make a real difference. Through your previous experience, you will be confident in dealing with a number of design requests, collaborating on projects and building trusted relationships with stakeholders. You will embrace a culture of continual development of our brand and utilise your creative flair to continue that journey.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>You’ll have a degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, alongside strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign and Photoshop as a minimum) and expertise in PowerPoint.</p><p>You will have the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, displaying great attention to detail and proof-reading skills whilst having an understanding of the not-for-profit sector.</p><p> </p><p>You will need to be willing and able to travel between our 2 key Head Office locations, Nottingham city centre and Newark working 2 days per week in each location with your 5<sup>th</sup> day at home! </p><p> </p><p>Occasional weekend, evening, or bank holiday work may be required to support our events — a great chance to see our vibrant organisation in action.</p><p> </p><p>If you have a proactive attitude, with the initiative to elevate design assets and connect with our community, we would love to hear from you.<br> <br> <br>This post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check (paid for by YMCA) and registration with the DBS Update Service.
