With a product portfolio over a range of categories, this business combines direct sourcing with exclusive distribution agreements for a number of market leading brands.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity </strong></p><p>Due to continued growth, we're looking to appoint a Field Sales Executive to cover the East Midlands region. As the Field Sales Executive, you will be managing a portfolio of independent retail customers, ensuring strong instore presence, growing sales, and identifying new commercial opportunities within your territory.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities - Field Sales Executive:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain long standing relationships with retail customers</li><li>Plan and carry out regular store visits to maximise availability and visibility</li><li>Upsell and introduce new lines from a broad, well recognised non-food range</li><li>Collaborate with your National Sales Manager to implement growth strategies</li><li>Maintain accurate records of store performance, feedback and competitor activity</li></ul><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 1 year experience gained in a field based role, comfortable working independently and managing your own territory</li><li>Strong relationship builder with a proactive, solutions first mindset</li><li>Results focused with great time management and communication skills</li><li>Able to work within a collaborative team</li></ul><p>If you're an experienced Field<strong> Sales Executive</strong> ready to take the next step in a growing, supportive business, we'd love to hear from you.</p><p>BBBH33810</p></dd>
