Agency or Client side Inhouse design experience within a retailer would be beneficial to this role.</li><li>Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, including Indesign, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Premier, Dream weaver or Adobe Aftereffects</li><li>Working knowledge of CSS and HTML.</li><li>Proactive approach, ability to overcome hurdles and focus on delivery of projects on time - allowing for stakeholder’s review and feedback.</li><li>Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques.</li><li>A good understanding of visual design principles.</li><li>Proven digital content skills.</li><li>Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences.</li><li>Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities.</li><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Digital/Graphic Designer</li></ul><p><span style="font-weight: bold;">The Responsibilities</span></p><ul><li><br><span>As our Digital Graphic Designer, your primary responsibilities will include designing digital assets, across all digital platforms, and supplying to the digital team or 3rd party advertisers in the correct formats to hit campaign deadlines. </span></li><li>Full knowledge and understanding of formats across all platforms. Understand the brief, proactively work with colleagues to deliver designs on time, hit deadlines and to a high standard.</li><li>Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.</li><li>Translate ideas into design proposals, tailored to work across all platforms and channels and in synergy with other non-digital campaigns.</li><li>Channels &amp; formats include: Create digital assets in static, video, motion GIF, and responsive HTML for a range of platforms from social, CRM, display advertising, eCommerce, website, mobile and apps.</li><li>Creating and Editing Video content with supers/graphics (web site, you tube, social channels, in store digital screens)</li><li>Building and creating CRM/Emails – building to a brief adding your creative flair withing brand guidelines.</li><li>Creative text or video content GIFs</li><li>Social from stories to reels</li><li>Staying up to date on industry trends and the latest digital design software.</li><li>Test assets and ensure they are fit for purpose.</li><li>Work with CX and populate homepages, landing pages, and email concepts.</li><li>Fully understand the variety of formats required to optimise our customers’ digital experience.</li><li>Be our internal expert on best practice digital design.</li></ul><p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Get to Know us!</span></p><p>Hello, we’re Tapi and we’re slightly obsessed with floors.
