<p><strong>Join the CIE Team as a Certification Administrator</strong><br><em>Location: Battersea, London | Full-time, Office-based (with occasional site visits)</em></p><p>We have an exciting opportunity for a Certification Administrator to enter the kitchen industry and become part of our dedicated CIE team. This full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday) also includes occasional travel to active construction sites.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p>As Certification Administrator, you'll take the lead in managing all aspects of CIE’s industry certifications, health &amp; safety compliance, and our Net Zero strategy. Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Overseeing and maintaining company accreditations and policy documentation.</li><li>Managing memberships with Constructionline, Achilles, CHAS, SMAS, Acclaim.</li><li>Preparing and maintaining documentation for ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).</li><li>Coordinating monthly inspections and liaising with THSP, our external Health &amp; Safety advisor.</li><li>Tracking sustainability data and supporting the implementation of our Net Zero plan.</li><li>Supporting the broader CIE team with general office tasks as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>We’re after someone who is:</p><ul><li>A confident communicator and highly organised.</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.</li><li>Comfortable working independently and across various levels of a business.</li><li>Client-focused and capable of responding to technical requirements.</li><li>Motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and eager to grow professionally.</li></ul><p>Experience in Health &amp; Safety compliance and accreditation management is essential. Familiarity with ISO standards and sustainability reporting is also required.
