Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.</p><p>This role has 3 main areas of focus: identifying business needs within the operations department, leading process reviews &amp; defining change requirements, and supporting the delivery of business initiatives in IT systems. The role will support with our overall end to end supply chain processes and global logistics processes. </p><p>The business analyst will work on multiple projects touching all areas of the business and collaborate with key stakeholders &amp; partners to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and that they continue to remain fit for purpose.<br></p><p><strong>You'll be;</strong><br></p><p>Stakeholder Engagement</p><ul><li>Engaging in cross functional team collaboration.</li><li>Working with departmental stakeholders to define and manage change.</li><li>Collaborating with the SLT and LT in Operations (dotted line responsibility), and cross functional BA &amp; project SMEs on departmental and business priorities.</li></ul><p>Departmental Process Ownership</p><ul><li>Understanding business &amp; key system&nbsp;processes in-depth.</li><li>Identifying improvement opportunities &amp; documenting simple flows.</li><li>Becoming a part of global change collaboration group.</li></ul><p>Project Representation for Operations Department</p><ul><li>A key contributor in project workshops &amp; translating project needs into clear requirements to inform scope.</li><li>The single point of contact for project delivery.</li><li>Enabling BAU delivery without compromising quality.</li><li>Engaging in cross functional collaboration with other BA’s and business areas to support with end to end supply chain processes.</li></ul><p>SME Training and Engagement</p><ul><li>Translating systems/process improvements to SMEs and operational teams within the department.</li><li>Making inductions of new starters more efficient &amp; sharing feedback to cross functional teams.</li></ul><p><strong><strong>You'll have;</strong></strong></p><ul><li>A sound understanding of commercial operations, processes and data points.</li><li>A demonstrated experience in Logistics, Operations and End to end supply chain projects.</li><li>Ideally a qualification in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering.</li><li>Experience of defining requirements in a Tier II+ ERP solution (D365 F&amp;O desired) in a busy consumer &amp; brand focused environment.</li><li>Great organisation skills&nbsp;but flexible with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Awareness and adoption of Agile development methods an advantage.</li><li>The ability&nbsp;to map business processes into process flow diagrams.</li><li>The ability&nbsp;to manipulate data in Excel, using intermediate formulae skills.</li><li>Ideally practical experience of PowerBI, SQL query building.</li><li>A logical mind,&nbsp;using data and evidence to support findings.</li><li>Excellent trouble shooting skills.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
