Working with well-known brands and retail partners across the UK, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality, fun, and safe products that kids love and parents' trust.</p><p>Due to continued growth we are delighted to be supporting them in the appointment of a new Production Co-ordinator.<br><br><strong>Role Overview:</strong><br><br>In the role of Production Co-ordinator you will be accountable to oversee and coordinate our clients product manufacturing processes from concept to delivery. </p><p>You will work as part of a small production team, liaise with suppliers (including overseas manufacturers), and ensure all products meet quality, safety, and licensing standards, while keeping timelines and budgets on track.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the end-to-end production process for all product lines.</li><li>Work closely with design, sales, and licensing teams to bring new products to market.</li><li>Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing.</li><li>Monitor production schedules and adjust plans as needed to meet retailer deadlines.</li><li>Ensure products meet safety and quality standards, including compliance with UK and EU regulations.</li><li>Resolve production issues, delays, or quality concerns promptly.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with licensors to ensure brand compliance.</li><li>Continuously look for ways to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role, ideally within consumer goods.</li><li>Experience working with licensed products and/or retailers in the UK is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong understanding of supply chain processes and production planning.</li><li>Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and licensors.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li><li>Experience working within small teams with a collaborative leadership style.</li><li>Knowledge of product safety and compliance standards for children's products (preferred).</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and production/supply chain software tools.</li></ul></div><div><strong> BBBH33476</strong></div><p> </p></dd>
