With a strong presence across the UK and a respected product range in the DIY space, this role offers the chance to make a real commercial impact.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and grow relationships with major retail customers within the DIY or FMCG sector.</li><li>Take full P&amp;L responsibility and develop joint business plans to drive sustainable growth.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations to deliver on commercial goals.</li><li>Analyse performance and provide regular reporting and insight to internal stakeholders.</li><li>Identify new opportunities and create strategic plans to increase market share.</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven track record of managing national retail accounts, ideally within DIY or FMCG.</li><li>Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive growth and deliver results.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.</li><li>Energetic, self-motivated and highly organised.</li></ul><p>This role offers real autonomy, the flexibility of being home-based, and the chance to join a business that's truly investing in its people and future.</p><p>Interested in finding out more?
