Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.</p><p>We are seeking a creative and dynamic Area Visual Merchandiser to support our UK National&nbsp;and Independent business. This fully remote role requires regular travel to stores for visual&nbsp;merchandising implementation, training, and brand consistency. You will play a key role in&nbsp;ensuring our stores are visually engaging, aligned with luxury brand guidelines, and optimised&nbsp;for sales performance.</p><p><strong>You'll be;</strong></p><p>• Implementing and maintaining high visual standards across&nbsp;stores in line with Jellycat Luxury brand guidelines.<br>• Regularly visiting stores to provide hands-on visual merchandising&nbsp;support and improvements.<br>• Delivering training to store teams on best practices in visual&nbsp;merchandising and seasonal updates.<br>•Ensuring compliance with planograms, promotional displays,&nbsp;and product presentation strategies.<br>• Working closely with store teams and the Jellycat UK sales team to align&nbsp;visual strategies with commercial objectives.<br>• Monitoring merchandising effectiveness and provide feedback to&nbsp;optimise sales.<br>• Supporting launches by setting up impactful displays and&nbsp;layouts.</p><p><strong><strong>You'll have;</strong></strong></p><p>• Experience in visual merchandising (preferably across multiple locations).<br>• The ability to train and engage teams in best visual merchandising practices.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• The ability to&nbsp;work remotely with regular travel to stores.<br>• A creative eye and attention to detail.<br>• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.</p></div>
