Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.</li><li>Sales: Maximise sales by managing a range of new goods within your department, ensuring that stock levels are appropriate and that goods are presented attractively.</li><li>Assisting in the running of the superstore: Sort stock, deal with collections and deliveries of furniture, merchandising, serve customers, work with computers for online sales, and help ensure the store looks its best every day.</li><li>Business Development: Have store targets to ensure the store grows.
