In return we provide:</p><p><strong> Competitive rates of pay</strong></p><p><strong> Free jewellery - up to £55 per month!</strong></p><p><strong> Flexible working hours – you work the hours anytime during the day which suits you</strong></p><p><strong> No weekend working</strong><br></p><p>This will be on a 35 hour contract per week, Monday to Friday.  Pay rate is <strong>£13&nbsp;</strong>per hour.</p><p>Location: You will cover the zone of Croydon<br></p><p>Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>Job role</strong></p><ul><li><p>You will need to be host and customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude – an ambassador for our brands</p></li><li><p>Consistently deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards in order to optimise sales</p></li><li><p>Provide line management support to your team of retail associates, providing zone escalation support and ad-hoc expertise when required.</p></li><li><p>Follow all operational processes and policies, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment</p></li><li><p>Your appointments will be planned for you using our industry-leading scheduling system which you will access on your mobile phone</p></li></ul></div></div><h2 class="sc-1npqnwg-4 sc-1npqnwg-5 sc-1uwf3m5-0 sc-1uwf3m5-1 SkAcj custom-css-style-job-requirements">Job requirements</h2><div class="sc-1fwbcuw-0 cYUZgi"><div><p><strong>The experience we are looking for:</strong><br></p><p><strong><br>Supervisory experience in a retail setting is a must – </strong>you need to love working in a team, and enjoy building productive professional relationships.</p><ul><li><p>Confident &amp; positive with good interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Happy to work unsupervised, following written &amp; visual instructions</p></li><li><p>Has a great standard of personal presentation as an ambassador for our brands</p></li><li><p>Able to travel efficiently to all locations in the zone using your own vehicle.
