Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.</p><p>The key focus of this role is to manage and build direct relationships with your account base to deliver against budget, build robust strategic plans to drive revenue opportunities in line with the Jellycat strategy and be accountable for this part of the business. In addition, to support existing distributors and international retail accounts as needed, and train new members of the international sales team who join in administrative roles.</p><p><strong>You'll be;</strong></p><ul><li>Building strong relationships with assigned accounts, looking to grow the business with a long-term view.</li><li>Maximising revenue opportunities and P&L accountability for assigned accounts.</li><li>Forecasting and delivering against budget for assigned accounts.</li><li>Maintaining high levels of communication, including preparing meeting agendas and holding weekly calls with distributors.</li><li>Conducting regular range reviews to maximise revenue opportunity.</li><li>Commercially aware and grow markets in line with Jellycat global strategy.</li><li>Liaising with credit control on payments.</li><li>Liaising with the logistics team to ensure orders are shipped accurately and efficiently in line with the accounts’ requirements.</li><li>Prospecting new retailers within the assigned territories.</li><li>Communicating cross-functionally within the business.</li><li>Training and supporting new team members in the administrative roles.</li><li>Supporting ROW/LATAM team as and when needed.</li> <li>Building account plans in line with budget andmarketing objectives.</li> <li>Presenting seasonal collections and accountplans to assigned accounts.</li> <li>Maintaining updated and organised order books.</li></ul><p><strong><strong>You'll have;</strong></strong></p><ul> <li>Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in aSales Administration role.</li> <li>Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills.</li> <li>Excellent IT skills,including Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail & commercially aware.</li> <li>Experience in building andmaintaining internal and external relationships.</li> <li>Experience of the orderprocess, from inputting the order through to shipping, with a focus onnumbers.</li> <li>Experience of forecastingand delivering against budget.</li> <li>A strongclient focus mindset.</li> <li>A positive, friendly &flexible team player.</li> <li>Excellenttime management and deadline-driven.</li> <li>A dynamicand creative problem solver.</li> <li>A positive attitude andability to handle conflict effectively.</li> <li>The ability to be drivenand self-motivated.</li> <li>The ability to be calmunder pressure.</li> <li>The ability to take ownership,overseeing tasks from start to completion.</li> <li>Negotiation skills and good at conflictresolution.</li> <li>Experience in data analysis would be desirable.</li><li>Additional languages would be a bonus. </li></ul><p><br></p></div>
