So, with the right passion, <strong>it all starts with you.</strong></p><hr><h4>Become a Digital Merchandiser</h4><p></p><p>As a Digital Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a best-in class digital offering for The Works. </p><p>Reporting into the Digital Trading Manager, you will be responsible for all of our non-books pillar - including arts and crafts, stationery, toys and games.Managing all our product listings, category pages, promotional executions and campaigns for non-books.Ensuring that they are visually appealing as well as optimised for conversion.</p><p>You will create strong relationships with buyers and merchandisers, attending regular meetings to ensure clear view of newness as well as presenting back to buying and merch team web performance and learnings.</p><p>Line manager to the Junior Digital Merch, you will support them to ensure they are focused on SKU uploads and site copy, skilfully crafting descriptions to the relevant attributes of optimisation.</p><p></p><hr><h4>Your Mission<br></h4><ul><li>Liaising with Digital Designers in the briefing of all non-books assets and campaign content as well as managing Junior Digital Merch to ensure the availability and categorisation of all non-book products.</li><li>Delivers improvements to the performance of non-book categories by working with Digital Analyst to report on performance of pdps, plps.
