We’re committed to creating joyful, engaging experiences that bring the world of Jellycat to life and make our fans feel even more a part of it.<br><br>We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Engagement Assistant to support our growing fan community. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our fans, helping to maintain a strong connection between our brand and its audience through thoughtful communication and efficient coordination.<br><br>Due to our “always on” social media presence, this role will require flexibility so that full-time hours can be spread throughout the week, including evenings and weekends.</p><p><strong>You'll be;</strong></p><p><strong>Community Support:</strong><br> Assisting in managing and responding to online comments, especially during high-traffic periods, providing additional support to the broader engagement team.</p><p><strong>Jellyfriends Communication:</strong><br> Responding to queries and messages from Jellyfriends, ensuring all inquiries are handled with care and clarity.</p><p><strong>Direct Message Monitoring:</strong> Monitoring direct messages and communicating with customer service in responses to these where appropriate. </p><p><strong>Customer Service Collaboration:</strong>Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with the Customer Service Team to ensure seamless communication and mutual support between departments, helping to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.</p><p><strong>Reporting:</strong> Regular reporting of trends, popular topics and questions in comments to Fanbase Manager and Social Media Manager as appropriate.Assist rest of team with the compilation of monthly fanbase reports that are sent to the wider company</p><p><strong>Wider Fanbase Team Support:</strong>Assisting with event planning and coordination, identifying and engaging with fans, and providing support to the wider team as needed.</p><p><strong>Fan Mail Management:</strong><br>Overseeing and managing the Fan Mail inbox, ensuring all incoming messages are reviewed and addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.</p><p><strong>Written Correspondence:</strong><br>Supporting Fan Mail assistant with management of responding to fans in a timely manner when necessary.</p><ul></ul><p><strong><strong>You'll have;</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in community management, customer service, or fan engagement is preferred.</li><li>Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail and tone.</li><li>Organised and responsive, able to manage multiple communication channels effectively.</li><li>Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and departments.</li><li>A Jellycat lover!</li><li>Passionate about fostering positive fan relationships and maintaining a warm, inclusive community atmosphere.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Team player who is flexible, personable, positive and is motivated by being part of a high performing team.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
